With a decade of experience in M&A advisory and Equity Capital Markets across London and Copenhagen, Maria has successfully led numerous corporate transactions spanning industries and borders. A Chartered Accountant with advanced degrees in finance and international business, Maria blends a global perspective with deep technical expertise to guide organisations through complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.​

Jonas Rosenstand Bruun
Jonas has over a decade of experience in sustainability, environmental policy and diplomacy. As a former Deputy Chief Negotiator for Denmark at the UNFCCC and Regional Brexit Lead for the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jonas offers extensive expertise. Holding a PhD in climate finance and certification in ESG reporting, he combines strategic insight with hands-on experience.
